Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only on approved returns.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Method

  • All refunds are processed exclusively as store wallet credit on our website.
  • No refunds will be issued to original source payment (UPI, card, net banking, COD, etc.).
  • Store credit will be added to your account after quality check approval.
  • Wallet credit can be used anytime and does not expire.

Return Charges

  • A ₹300 return processing fee is deducted for every return request.
  • This applies to all refunds and exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fall & pico stitched products
  • Customised or altered items
  • Blouse-stitched sarees
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours with photos/video.

In such cases, a full replacement or full store credit will be issued without any return charges.

Processing Time

  • Return verification: 24–48 hours after pickup
  • Refund to wallet: 1–2 business days after QC approval.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
